1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Daft Music (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using our application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Use of the Service

Daft Music is provided solely for personal and non-commercial use. You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not attempt to disrupt, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Daft Music may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are securely processed by Apple via the App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Your use of Apple’s payment services is governed by Apple’s terms, available here: Apple Standard EULA.

4. Apple Music API Usage

Daft Music uses the Apple Music API to deliver music playback, browsing, and related features. We do not host, distribute, or sell any music content. Your use of Apple Music features is also subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and features within Daft Music are owned by the developer or licensed for use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without express permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or third-party actions.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
